Shipping Information 


How long does the shipping take?

We ship daily via USPS. (United States Postal Service) We ship all orders from our factory in Las Vegas, NV, U.S.A. We do not drop ship from distributors. All P.O. boxes and APO are accepted. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing of your order. Processing times are subject to change without prior notice. Most of our customers in the U.S. receive their orders within 3-7 business days. Customers outside the U.S. receive their orders within 3-14 business days after processing, in some cases longer due to country customs department and regulations.


Please note: Be advised that USPS does not guarantee the delivery of their First Class packages within 2-7 business days or Priority shipments within 2-3 business days.


IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN TIME, we advise you to select our Express Shipping, which guarantees the delivery of your package within 1-2 business days.

 

How much is shipping in the states?

Shipping in the continental U.S. is $4.95. We provide free shipping for all orders within the continental U.S. of $50.00 or more unless other methods of shipment are selected by the customer (The continental U.S. excludes Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska). Coupon code for free shipping is required. 


Do you ship outside of U.S.?

Yes, we ship all over the world. First Class shipping to Canada is calculated automatically and starts at approximately $14.00. Trendy Wall Designs' international shipping fee starts at about $14.95 for all other countries. Please be advised that tax and duty may be added per the regulations of international customs department.


NOTE: To obtain tracking of your order make sure to choose  the "Priority International Mail" option. Please note with regular "International Mail" options, Trendy Wall Designs has limited access and  is NOT responsible for undelivered orders. Contact must be made with local post office for more info. Anything outside U.S. borders is beyond the jurisdiction of Trendy Wall Designs and cannot be tracked UNLESS priority shipping is chosen.


Where is my package?

If you have provided the processing department with an incorrect address or zip code, Trendy Wall Designs is not responsible for the location of your order. In most cases improperly mailed orders will get shipped back to Trendy Wall Designs. It is your responsibility to follow up to see if we have or have not received your returned package. An additional fee will be assessed for shipping to the correct address. 


What do I do if it has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and still have not received it?

You must check with your local Post Office immediately and/or your country customs department for regulations. Due to heavy volume and certain country customs requirements, some packages make take up to 30 days to clear customs for for delivery. Trendy Wall Designs does not have unlimited access to track, locate, or claim package(s) after 45 days. Please notify us immediately so we can assist you better.


Some countries customs department requirements and restrictions, insurance, tracking updates and other information may be limited or not available, rendering package tracking difficulty. What if I get someone else's package?

Please call or email us immediately. We will email you our paid return label and paid tracking number so you can return the package. If you decide to pay and return the package to us, Trendy Walls Designs is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen items and will not refund shipping, packaging, tracking, or insurance fees.


Please note: If a customer decides to keep the wrong package and contents, their account will be charged for the full price of that specific order/design(s).


What if my box /contents of the box is damaged?

Please email us pictures of your box and your decal and don't forget to contact the usps directly  or your local post office as well.

Note: we always encourage our customers to write a comment during the check out or call/write to us and ask us to pay an extra fee (usually around $2.00) for insurance and/or hand delivery services.
