How do I change my order?
changes or revisions are necessary to an order, email us immediately
and call Customer Service at 877-657-8442 before the order has been
processed/shipped. We will be glad to make changes for you.
What if my order is wrong or missing numbers, letters, or parts?
BEFORE INSTALLATION, immediately call 877-657-8442
or email us via our Contact Us page no more than 21 days after
delivery of your package so we can evaluate, review, correct, and ship
all missing items and/or parts if necessary.
You maybe asked to return your order.
Can I exchange my order?
Exchanges are accepted within 21 days of your purchase date for another product of equal or lesser value. Store credit minus a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. Shipping and taxes are not included. Please include the order number on all correspondence.
Please note that we do not issue refunds but provide store credit for future decal and vinyl purchases. This store credit will be valid up to one year after issuance.
Limitations: . Item(s) must be returned within 21 days from the date of purchase in an unused, original condition.
. Used, applied, damaged and altered decals and/or clocks are not accepted.
Service authorization is required before exchanging items. Please call

returns will be rejected.
. Custom decals, lettering, monograms, names, and other special orders cannot be exchanged. All customized orders are final.
Exchanges with store credit are issued once per customer. Exchanges due
to a dissatisfaction in product color or size are accepted once. A
color chart must be ordered in advance if a customer is uncertain about a
all exchanges, shipping fees both to and from, insurance, and tracking
are the responsibility of the customer. Use of a carrier that
provides insurance and tracking services is required. Trendy
Wall Designs is not responsible for lost, damaged, or poorly packaged
shipments and cannot accept freight collect. The tracking number on the
exchanged product must be provided to Trendy Wall Designs as soon as it
is shipped back.

No store credit or exchanges due to customer error regarding
installation on how to apply the decal(s) will be given. For more
information refer to our "Decal info." and "Installation" page, complete
with instructions and videos.
. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for receipt and processing of exchanges.
Sales of all special deals and discounted item/s are final and there will be
no return /exchange on large orders and orders that are verified.
. Non compliance with Trendy Wall Designs' store policy may result in decline of customer request.
