How do you measure your sizes?
Do your decals come on a background?
No. The background would be whatever surface you place your decals on. Ex: If you buy a dot with a hole in it you will be able to see the background through the hole.
How do you make your decals?"All of our decals are designed, hand crafted and made in U.S.A"
We use a computerized cutter to cut the decals. Our staff will then weed out the designs and get them ready for you to apply the design on your surface.
*Please note that the pictures shown as samples may be smaller or bigger than the actual decals. Also, some of our decals and usually those that are larger than 24" wide x 24" tall may come in multiple parts to assemble but you can cut in between words, letters and most of our designs and Arrange them however you like (Please Contact us if you have any questions.)
What material is your vinyl made out of ?
From the highest quality vinyl in the market. It is a matte finish & removable adhesive vinyl. It will appear to be painted on the wall after application. It is interior safe and removable.
*Unlike every other site selling designs "printed" ink onto white sticker... our designs are cut from a color rich roll of high quality vinyl. When applied the art will appear painted right on the wall.

We offer our vinyls in over 40 colors.Colors are computer generated and might vary depending on your computer And/Or device screen resolution. TWD advises order of the color chart before ordering your decal to get the EXACT color vinyl of your choice. ( 3 vinyl samples are included with every color chart order).

Other than walls where can I place my vinyl decals?
Our decals will stick to most every flat smooth surface. That means finished wood, metal, paint, glass, plastic, furniture, appliances, doors, windows, laptops, mirrors and much more.
Note: In some cases and due to different decal designs,your area temperature, humidity, surface area, wall paint , textured walls and other facts you may experience some difficulties with the installations, peeling or applying your decal(s). If in doubt, please email us via our "contact us page" or call us during our normal business hours and BEFORE placing your order so we can help & assist you better.
Is it true that I can reuse the decals?
Yes. You can peel and re-stick more solid decals like: polka dots, room stripes, Some rings, thick lettering (decals that don't have too many cuts in them are easily peeled) but try not to do this too many times as the decals will lose their sticky adhesive. Our thinner designs like thin lettering, some flowers , decals with details etc... Cannot be reused. So we highly suggest before you place them on your surface, make sure that's where you want them.
Who will apply my Decals?
You are responsible to install your own decals. We will provide you with our courtesy instruction page.You can also find multiple installation videos & Pictures on our site to guide you as well.
*Please note that Trendy Wall Designs is not responsible for any of our decals installations and we DO NOT offer a refund due to damage to the decals at the time of installation. If you can not apply your decals yourself, please refer to your local guide or Directory and ask for professional help.
How do I apply the decal?
You simply peel the decals that don't have a transparent masking tape and stick them where you desire. Our more complicated decals all have a transparent masking tape on them, which makes it easier for you to peel the design off of the base paper and place it on your walls, once the art is on your surface you can discard the masking tape and the base paper (Click on our installation page for full instruction pictures & videos).
*Please note that some of our decals (specially the ones that are larger than 24" wide x 24" tall) may come in multiple parts to assemble. You may also need to cut between your decal to achieve the same look that you see on our site.
Do I get the same exact design shown in the picture?
Sample sizes shown in product pictures may be bigger or smaller than what our customers order. Always refer to the size & color of the actual decal that you are ordering and NOT the sample pictures.
Will I be able to remove the decal without damaging my walls?
In most cases yes. You just grab the edge of the decal and peel it right off. If you are in doubt that our decals can damage your wall please order a color chart before you place your order.( 3 free samples of our decals are included with every color chart to feel and play around with.Our color charts are tax free & ships for free. *Please note that we will not issue refunds due to damages to your wall. We only customize and distribute these products.
How long will your decals last?4-10 years indoors and about 3 years outdoors but In most cases longer.
How do i customize Or Alter my order etc...?For all customization, Alteration, comments, requests, wall Quotes, sizes, designs, prices, questions, etc... BEFORE placing your order, you MUST go to our "Contact us" page and write to us so we can assist you better.
*Please note that our cut & design department will not respond to your "customer comments, Requests & Alterations" and if you like to modify, correct, design or change anything in your order And/or if you would like to customize your own design(s), please call us during our business hours or contact us via our "Contact us page" 24/7.
How long does the shipping take?
Allow 1-3 days for processing. This is the time that our staff working on your order (customize / design / cut). Most of our customers in the U.S. get their orders within 3-7 business days after shipped. Outside U.S. 3-14 business days (in some cases longer and due to their customs dept processing time and regulations).
*Please be advised that USPS does not guarantee the delivery of their 1st class packages within 2-7 business days or Priority shipments within 2-3 business days. If you need your order by certain time, we advice you to select and choose Express Shipping (guarantees the delivery of your package within 1-2 business days).
How much is shipping in the states?
Shipping in the states is only $4.95 And All orders over $50 will automatically get free shipping.
Do you ship outside of USA?
Yes, we ship all over the world. 1st class Shipping to CANADA is calculated automatically and usually around $8.00
We charge a flat international shipping fee of $9.95 for the rest of the countries.

What do I do if it has been 3 weeks since I have placed my order and have not received it?
You MUST contact us and Also notify your local post office with your tracking information Immediately. It is your responsibility to notify Trendy Wall Designs By phone 1-877-657-8442 or email us via our Contact Us page so we can follow up with the post office.
Note: Due to post office busy delivery days, some customers may experience a delay for their order. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DON'T HAVE UNLIMITED TIME & ACCESS TO TRACK/CONFIRM ORDERS AFTER A PERIOD OF TIME HAS PASSED (30 days).
For International Customers:
What do I do if it has been 4 weeks since I have placed my order and have not received it?
You must check with your local post office and customs department for regulations. Remember sometimes due to heavy volume and/or your country customs requirements they may take up to a month or more clearing a package and releasing it for delivery. please contact us by phone or via Contact us page if you have any other questions.
What if I accidentally received someone else's order or package?
Please call or email us immediately so we can create & email you our "Paid Return Label" with paid tracking. As soon as the package is returned to us, we will FWD it to the right customer at no extra charge.
Note* If you deiced to keep the package and like that specific design(s), then we will charge your account for the full price of that specific order and you are not required to return the package to us anymore. We thank you for your cooperation.
What is Trendy wall designs Insurance policy?
Accidents happen and we offer a package insurance at the time of checkout to any customer that would like to insure their package(s) incase if it is lost, stolen or damaged at the time of delivery.
If you choose not to insure your package(s), Our store WILL NOT be responsible for any damaged, lost, stolen item(s) and any other conflicts that may occur during the shipping of your package(s).
Trendy Wall Designs Returned shipment policy:
If a shipment is returned to Trendy Wall Designs due to any system error on our part, we will Reship the item(s) at no additional charges.
However, if the return is due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, Subsequent handling and postage cost will be billed to the customer.
Please remember to track your package periodically "After shipped or returned". It is customers responsibility to track their packages. Our store will not notify customers of any returned package(s).
Note: All Exchange & Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customers and we always recommend our customers to add tracking numbers and insure their packages. Trendy wall designs IS NOT responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Changes to an Order
Due to installation requirements for all of our products, Trendy Wall Designs is not responsible if customer ruin their decals.
Please note that all of our designs are customized per order and there is No Return or exchange policy (( All sales are final )).
Note: Trendy Wall Designs only customize & distributes these products, if you are in doubt or if you are not sure that our decals will work for you, Please order our color chart for $4.95 (Tax FREE & Ships FREE) 3 vinyl samples are included to try out as well. How do I change my order.
If you must change your order, you need to check your email call and/or email us immediately and make sure that your order has not been processed yet. If it has not been processed, designed Or cut yet, we will be glad to make changes for you.
What if my order is Missing Numbers, Letters, Parts etc...?BEFORE any installation, You must call us at (877)657-8442 or send us an email via our "contact us page" IMMEDIATELY and no longer than 5 days after receiving your order so we can correct, redo or ship all missing parts.
*Note: If an exchange was approved, customers have 10 days to return the products with the original packaging (All of the pieces and tags must be attached ). Failure to comply with our store policy can result in an immediate decline of your request.
We accept all major Credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express) through our 100% Secure online payment processing.
You can also check out by using "PayPal option" either as a PayPal member or as a guest without sign in or having an account. "Confirmation of your payments are usually right away".
